Inline Hockey...
I almost fell during training today... but i tink the result of that is even worse den falling...
I ended up overstressing a muscle at my thigh... The PECTINEUS MUSCLE... This muscle adducts and flexes my thigh at my hip...
Now i can't do a decent T-break... If fact, it hurts like Hell even when i try!!
Luckily eileen is at home today and also luckily she have a tube of deep heat at home!! So she help me bring that down to where we were practicing... Now my muscles feels better le... Hopefully can play badminton tml~
Wierd spot to strain...
