Phew, A little more to Go!

Look at the post below, i'm happy to tell you that i have complete all the stuffs there except number 8! That is my last assignment for this semester! I'm so glad that my stress level is slowly going back down...

I was having so much trouble writing and choreographing my individual gym sequence. Seems like i was suffering from mental block. Must be stress... But thanks to daniel and samantha, i managed to come up with an ok sequence and smoke thru the assessment... After practicing last night, i had to rush out my 1000 word essay... Luckily, my writer's block is gone and i crapped my way thru the paper.

After this week, i'll have a math test on monday... Then its EXAMS already... 3 papers, 2 weeks, 1 long holiday after that!! woooooohooooooo~! Thats the only thing that is moving me foward man!! Can't wait for my Bangkok and Fishing trip~ Heee!

Really Busy... With who knows wat...

Yeap... I've been really busy... With............ Actually, i dunno wat lehz~ Haha! Hmmm... Let me try and list out what i have been doing....

And Finally.. Exams... 3 papers, 1 of which i'm definately not going to do well... Hiaz... Oh yeah, and TP after the Exams... HAha!

Complicating Stuffs...

Why is everything so complicated? Hate it... Isn't simplicity the best? Why complicate things? Barely have time for anything... Too much time for everything... So complicated... I dun understand myself... I dun understand anyone... I dun understand...

I failed my TP while my sis passed... Haha!

So for her advance birthday gift, i'm gonna buy half a small bike for her... This is to prevent her from riding a sport bike~ If u noe what i mean... Sport bike feels very dangerous lor~

Anyway, i failed quite badly, most of the mistakes comes from the riding posture... Haha! Can't be helped... Slowly improve lor~ Just before TP, i flew at E-brake again~ This time hurting all 4 limbs... Injury wasn't bad, but the phobia surfaced... Anyway, i did not do badly for the E-brake course... Haha!

So... The nxt test date is 20th Nov... Just after my exams... Wonder how i will do this time around...

Talking about exams, this coming one is very scary... coz i seriously dunno wats going on in class... I feel that i'm not so hardworking anymore... Been slacking around too much~ Hiaz...

It just suddenly dawned on me that gymnastics is super scary! Not the stunts that we need to pull, but the fact that the deadlines are super near!!

Saturday...

This saturday is pretty much the same as other saturdays... The routine is set already~ At least from 6pm onwards... Me, Nik (my dearie), Beka (my sis) and Andy (her bf) would go to my aunt's place for dinner... Followed by some kind of entertainment and end of with a trip to msia to top up petrol and have quick supper.

Every week, our entertainment will vary... and for yesterday? It was CAR WASHING and Watching Soccer... the 4 of us went to wash Dearie's car and Andy's bike. After soaping, rinsing and drying, we waxed the car too! Now it is super shiny man~ Hahahaa!!

Today, Man U vs Black Burn, 2-0... It was not very exciting, but it help us pass the time... Dearie die die must watch Man U games de... He Siao Man U~! Haha!

Now, i just came back not too long ago from JB. Luckily there wasn't any jam at the causeway... After showering, I had to tie up some loose ends for my project. So tired... Going to Koonz already... After my dearie finishes printing the ODD pages of his Suzuki Swift GTi's Service Manual... Its 700+ pages btw... Zzzzz...

Yes... The kelong that didn't have any moments worth taking... We took mostly at the place we had dinner before returning to Singapore.

Hari Raya Holiday...

So What did i do during that holiday?

Met up with my sis for lunch at pizza hut... We shared a personal pan pizza, and 10 pcs drumlets... Sat there for like 3 hours before deciding to go shopping! Window shopping to be exact.. But my sis ended up buying stuffs for herself, but i didn't... Haha!

We went Northpoint, followed by Sun Plaza and finishing off at Lot 1 Shopping Centre... Nik met us at Lot 1, den we went for dinner at the coffeeshop behind the interchange... After that, we went back to Lot 1 arcade to try our luck at the bear bear machine... UFO catcher... We wanted to catch a stitch for my sis, but someone caught it already, and the rest is not that easy. Den Nik saw another toy, Choppa from one piece! And we spent 18 bucks to catch that one! Haha~ Now its sitting happily on our bed~ Heee~

As for today, wanted to go out somewhere after andy finishes up with work.. Wanted to try prawning again, but its too expensive. Bowling? Also expensive... So what lehz? Fishing lor~ But we didn't go and buy our baits beforehand and all the shops most probably closed liao~ So no fishing also lorz... Den how? Stay at home lor~ So sianz... What to do... No ideas, No one contribute ideas... Den nothing to do liao lorz...

Prawning No 2...

Prawning No.2 was on last monday. We tried bottle tree park at yishun, but there were too many ppl there... So we went to yishun dam, khatib jetty... Den finally decided to go sembawang park. Bottle Tree Village is super Ulu man... We paid 29 each for 2.5 hours, and we managed to catch 2 lobsters and about 10 prawns... Not alot, but good enough ba~

Oh, while we were there, me and my sis played with a cat~ Super friendly to begin with... But dunno what or who spooked it, the cat suddenly bite my hand... I didn't take photo of the bite, but its healing quite well now... One of the puncture wound was quite deep, the rest were jus surface scratches... Hahaa!!

1st Prawning Experience

1st prawning experience was at tampines area, some farmway thingy~ it was $15 bucks per hour, 26 for 2 hours... So we took the 2 hour package for 2 rods... Me and nik shared 1, my sis and her bf, andy, shared 1.

My sis was the first to land a prawn, followed by nik and andy i think~! But i'm the ONLY one that didn't manage to catch a prawn... Me and my sis got slightly bored and decided to go for Fish Spa instead... 12 bucks for 30min... It's SUPER DUPER TICKLISH LAH!!! OMG... I almost died lor~ Haha!! My sis almost cried lorZ! Hee~!

After that, we went home at almost 2.30am, after finishing our mac delivery meals and counting the number of prawns we caught... We caught about 6 in total, bout 3 climbed out of the net... But the owner quite nice, he gave us extra prawns to bring home, so we had about 8 in the end... Hahaa!!

Went Prawning twice this week~! And the latest one, I got bitten by a cat. Haha!

F1 Race...

Today was the start of the 3 day F1 GP. And today is the first time i'm really working as a RUBBISH GIRL... Pick up rubbish!! Hahaa! But the deployment was screwed up man! Arrgh~ We didn't know where to go initially and when we found out where we were deployed, we didn't know what is our duty! Arrgh~ We were supposed to work at the grandstand, but our IC ask us to cover the area around it. After a while, he say we have to cover the grandstand itself too...

Picking rubbish with our special black tongs, tying the trash bag, replacing trash bag in the dustbins, pushing those big green bins to the collection point started out fun. Our spirits were high and we were enjoying ourselves... Even when we were tired, we were still onz... BUT we saw and heard what we should have... About other ppl not working but getting the same amount of pay...

The other ppl in our "team" are totally slacking lor...They admitted to us lors when we were having a super lousy dinner! Arrgh~ We complain to our IC then he gave us some cock and bull story about ppl shldn't compare with others... ppl shldn't complain... ppl shld just do wat they are supposed to... Stupid lah~! He, himself, also dunno what to do lorz~ The top top management were so angry with ICs like him, that they decided to hold an emergency meeting and reshuffle all the heads...

But i have decided not to go tml and sunday lah~ I tink monday's presentation is more important then 200+ bucks... I tink i can earn back this amount in like 6 hours lor~ haha!!! But i managed to take many many photos and some videos too! But today was only the practice sessions, so the "race" wasn't fun at all... The drivers were driving very cautiously and distance apart... Nvm, sunday sure got coverage on tv de...

After the day has ended, we had to take the company bus home... Luckily my dear didn't mind picking me up from yishun! So i get to take the same bus with my sis... After that, me and nik went to Al Almeen to have supper. Now, i'm bloggin after bathing and with my eyes half closed... I jus realised that my feet are swollen! I tink too much standing...

2 days of Chionging den VROOM!!!

Nope! Its not that go pub chiong... Its the stay at home and go school chiong project... Finally finished most of my parts already... Left a bit more to go~! Tml, or rather, Later... Got to reach Marina Square by 11am! Going to participate in the prestigious F1 Night Race!! Haha!! How? Go and pick rubbish lor~! Yes! I'm paid to pick rubbish at one of the grandstands. I'll be near Gate 1 if you are dropping by~ Heee... The pay is not that good lah~ but it should be fun, since i'm doing it with my sis and her bf, andy.

Now i'm just waiting for yahoo to finish attaching a 7mb presentation. I think its time for me to upload to nik's server instead... Yahoo is taking FOREVER man! Alrite~ Nitezz!

Kelong Trip~

We went to the Ah Ngan Kelong near Pulau Sibu. The kelong is not as good as the reviews on the forums.

We left singapore at about 4.30am, drove thru the custom and had a coffee break at our usual spot. After that, we drove to the Heng Fishing Tackle Shop where we bought hooks, weights and all the other neccessary stuffs. Nik bought his own rod there too! From there, we drove all the way to the jetty and reached there at bout 8.30am. Bought the tickets and drinks and boarded the ferry.

After the whole trip, we sorted out the fishes and bathed at the jetty. Went back to the Fishing shop to restock and drove to this restaurant in JB for dinner before going back to Singapore. The food is quite nice, considering that we only paid 15rm per person for buffet dinner.

I didn't take much photos, becoz we didn't really catch any fishes worth the trouble. Haha! But the photos shld be up soon!

Driving Up:
The drive was quite good at the highway. After that, there were plenty of uneven roads that was full of holes! So it was quite a bumpy ride when we were reaching. Luckily we had the GPS system, if not i tink we may lose our way! Haha!

Service:
When we reached the kelong, the beds wasn't allocated to us yet. According to them, the previous visitors have not left yet and we could only get our beds at about 2pm. So we didn't know where to put our stuffs till den. What to do? Leave our bags near where we were fishing and let them heat up because of the sun. Haha!

We didn't know where to find the ice, baits and all the other stuffs. There wasn't ice to begin with! It only reached the kelong in the afternoon.

They didn't inform us the different timing for food and had to wait for the bell to ring. They also didn't inform us when will the ferry leave the next day! We had to pack like mad in order to catch the last boat back to the jetty. Hiaz...

Food:
To me, the food was quite good. The meals consisted of a soup, fish, 2 vegs and 1 other meat or seafood. Rice and Soup can be refilled. According to the uncles at the same table, the food is quite alright only. The fish were not fresh at all.

The timing of the meals were quite late, we had our dinner at almost 8pm! and supper was at 10pm... How to digest and eat again? Hahaa!!

Fishing:
Being a Noob, we really do not know where are the good spots. And we were there on our own, so we didn't know what type of baits to use, where to fish, etc etc... Andy and Beka pretty much gave up and couldn't be bothered after an afternoon of fishing only small fishes.

They slept alot during this trip. Even thou i tried to ask them to wake up during the time where the fishes came in, they didn't want to. Haha!

We didn't even catch any sotongs! This is the worse season to go fishing. Apparently, the big fishes were catch with live prawns! I think we have to buy some the next time we go in. Arrgh.

Entertainment:
Karaoke, mahjong, and cable tv is the source of our entertainment there. listening to all the uncle sing hokkien songs, playing mahjong while watching dvd and soccer at the same time... Man U drew with Chelsea... Haha!!

Sun:
Kelong is a good place if you wanna get a good sun tan. Sun block is a MUST! If not, your sun tan will become sun burn like mine! Now very pain lor! Haha~

Back to Reality~

SUCKY Driver...

Kena this STUPID driver on the road earlier. It was along a merging lane near choa chu kang.

Before the merging lane arrows appeared on the road, it was still a 3-lane road. I was in the middle lane, and i signalled left at about 850m before the left-turn. I know, because i was using GSP. Anyway, this stupid car REFUSED to let me enter the leftmost lane. But since it was merging lane already, i wasn't bothered. So basically, we were side by side, (me slightly infront of him) while waiting for the van in front of us to move. The van moved, and since he didn't move, i though he was giving way to me. so i went ahead. I didn't cut in too much yet, since it was still about 400m before the turn and the turn was quite sharp. BUT, this stupid car had to rev his engine and CHIONG up right beside me, on the left! Giving me the SHOCK of my life! Okay, it was not that bad, but it's still damn scary lah. He had to SQUEEZE beside me on the left at such high speed, only to end up stopping behind the van again. He still dare to "sign" me. STUPID man~

Anyway, here is the photo of the STUPID man and his STUPID car. Hate this type of driver. Imagine if i didn't notice him doing that and decides to shift nearer to the left? SHIT will happen! ARRGH~!



SUCKY Drivers!

I wan a new laptop!

I'm currently using my friend's laptop in the middle of class! Its a TravelMate 3010 (Acer)...

small, compact and light! BUT~ I am so not used to using tiny keyboard. But i'm super tempted to buy a mini laptop, so i can bring to class all the time! Its very good to type in all the notes, refer to the notes online and maybe even do this! Blog in a kinda boring class! Hahaa~

Money!! Where is it when i need some!! Jus spare me some cash... Hmmm... 5k? Haha~ That will be good enough! MORE than just good enough~ Hahaa!!

Alright~ got to go for my psycho lesson and then dance~ it's been a while since i went for dance. Suddenly dunno what to expect already~ Haha!

Slacking In School...

Yes. I'm in School now... Finished my thursday's morning dose of gymnastics. Today, we played around with the high beams, balances and the fixed apparatus... Its quite scary to climb around and do all sorts of stunts... But it is still fun. I think i have a phobia for tight places. Dive roll through holes or cart wheel through tight spaces is something that i can't really do. I managed to do some sort of handstand today but i kept crashing to the ground when i tried to do a foward roll from a handstand. Can't get the technique rite.

We were grouped into groups of 3, and we were supposed to do a group sequence. I think our group sequence should be quite fun. Hopefully i'll be able to do well here so that this can cover my individual sequence.

Anyway, I still have 2 more assignments to complete before going on my short trip on saturday. Some journal and presentation stuffs. I'm so tired of all these things man~ Feels that its quite meaningless. All the modules are so irritating this semester. Yawns... Better go for class already~ 10 more minute to go~ :)

Chalet and Countless Mosquito Bites...

As usual~ I have been attacked by mosquitos and suffers from easily 20+ mosquito bites... Haha~! We were at fairy point chalet 5~ And it was for my sis's bf's 21 bday party~ It was fun~ But it was tiring too... The ppl that turned up, not many many, but enough to finish most of the food that was ordered... Presents, not a lot, i guess becoz, mostly students ba~ Haha!

Aftermath? Tired... Had to clean up the place with the birthday boy... my sis was all tired out from attachment... nik was tired out of driving my sis to work and watching soccer~ Haha! Everyone else? Mostly jus can't be bothered...

As for now? Trying to study for 2 test... Simply tired... Not putting enough effort in school~ Not turning up for ICG, not turning up for Dance... A bit meaningless le~ I'm jus going on, day by day... Putting in jus enough effort to go by... Hiaz...

Hopefully i'll be recharged after the kelong trip ba~

Work Vs Injury Vs Fun...

Its difficult when you have to balance among school work, injury and fun... I was looking forward to dance and icg touch rugby today, but thanks to the dunno how many cartwheels that i did, i am now nursing some super sore muscles... Hamstrings and the side of the knee... According to Bernard, its the insertion of the hamstring muscles... But i still went on to practice handstand, becoz somehow, that didn't hurt my hamstrings at all~ But thru the dunno how many handstands that i have attempted to do, my Quadriceps muscles are also strained le... So my right thigh is basically gone for now lah~ Stairs and slopes are super troublesome for me...

Anyway, after gym and class, i came back to hall, took a 3 hour nap, only to realise that i'm supposed to be doing work~ I'm still slpy as i'm typing now...

Okay. I better go do some work already~

Break the Curse, Break the Trend...

Haha! First consecutive post after so long...

I'm in hall now. My room mate is not here... My whole body, especially my shoulders are aching like mad now... Think its time to utilise the sports massage discount thingy... I tink its anxiety... Somatic anxiety, den all the muscles tensed up... Not really cognitive anxiety, because my deadline is tml yet i'm still slacking... Btw, i still have many other assignments ALL piling up~! Haha~

Maybe its jus overstrain of my muscles bah~ Did cartwheels in gym today. Many many many cartwheels. Also, i think i managed to do a 3 second handstand. Thanks to Willy who happen to be free to kinda like help me out abit~ :) Hopefully tml got time to try more handstand... BUT... my hamstrings and butt are aching already... So i'm not sure if i'm up to it...

Anyway, its back to work already, current word count, 414/1000... 400 words worth of crap so far~! Arrgh~
