After school on thursday, i rushed down to raffles place for my weekly dance practice... It was FUN... but jus information overload... The choreo was kicking in like a train passing by a station... Super fast! I doubt i can remember all of it when we return next week... I shall try to transfer the videos that i recorded and post it up somewhere soon... But you can view the vids at our dance blog anyway~! Haha!
After dance, i totally flew down to SSDC for my RTT, Riding theory test... I took one hour of practice, followed by another hour of revision... Guess wat? I aced it~! Hahaha! I PASSED~! WOOTS! Now that this is done, i can move on to the other lessons already~! Hopefully i can complete them soon~!
Nik will be starting work on 1st July~! He got his confirmation email also on thursday~! 3D Game Artist~! Sounds so cool rite? Haha~! His target now is to get a car in 6 months... But this means i wun be able to get my bike... Actually he didn't like the idea of me getting a bike anyway... See how it goes... Still a long way to go... 6 months... Hahaha!

Finally... Weekends... Late nights... Waking up late...
It has been a week of tired mornings... Quite early nights... Long days...
My "induction" wif the P was 3 FULL hours! Talking about the history of the school, the culture, their approach and all... Tiring... I saw the number of slides he wanted to go thru and i almost fainted... It was a thick pile and he spent almost 20 min on each slide! Torture...
Obeservation can be quite fun at times... But mostly tiring... PE classes were quite alright, different classes everytime, different behaviours, different responds... But classroom lessons? Yawnzz... I'm tired just thinking about it... I've been assigned to the best class in that level... And their level of intelligence is quite spectacular. The first observation was an eye opener! Most of the answers were correct, the kids looked interested to learn, and most importantly, AWAKE... But the 2nd and 3rd lessons onwards, it became BORING... Simply becoz there was nothing much to observe about. The lessons were going smoothly, answers were almost perfect, didn't have much discipline problems... Yawnz... Its a perfect class to teach, but not a perfect class to observe... If you know wat i mean...
Now that the week is over... I should be enjoying myself~! But at the back of my head.. There is this "reflection journal" that is haunting me! Its 78 pages long! Looking thru the pages, many of it just doesn't make sense! Some wierd language that i can't understand~! I'm jus gonna smoke my way thru i guess...
I will be teaching 1 class next week~! OMG... Lesson Plans and all... Wonder how will it be like~! Hopefully it will be fun but yet does not upset their napfa trainings...

Went settler's cafe where i attended a workshop about using boardgames in education on wednesday. It was kinda fun and informative as there was alot of gaming going on... I think i can call myself a real gamer now, since i play both digital and traditional board games!

Back from pulau ubin... Total number of mosquito bites on my body is more than 30!!! so ITCHY now lor~! My sis also kena bite like siao~! But less than me... :) Ubin quite alrite lah~ We reached changi village at 12pm, but we ate and shopped till almost 3pm... by the time we reached ubin and rented our bikes, its already 4 plus already.
We wanted to scout the place for a nice campsite and fishing site, so we rode our bikes around, carrying our heavy bags and equipments. So tiring... We were riding around till almost nightfall when we finally decided to camp at Jelutong campsite. After we pitched our tents, we started cooking our dinner. Simple food lah, myojo mee and some canned food. But it was satisfying. Haha!
But soon, we got bored and my sis decided to build campfire! So we gathered branches, twigs and leaves from the nearby areas and started our mini campfire. i bought some sparklers with the intention to play! but its more grand to watch it burn in the campfire, 10 at a go! The fire changed color to like blue and green flames... Beautiful~! Wasted i was busy scratching to get my camera to film it down~!
We slept a little at bout 3am and woke up at bout 9am to fish. But there no fish leh... Cast like 4 times and totally gave up. So we went chek jawa instead. There........... Okay only lah~ Saw some cute little crabs, but that was about all thats nice... Muz low tide den nicer... The cycling there was fun thou. Haha! Did i mention that the bikes were quite sucky? From there, we went for a short break at the visitor hub area where we had coconut drink~! So COLD and REFRESHING... Shiok man~! Haha~
To cut the long story shorter, by the time we decided to pack up and go off, its almost 6pm liao~! By the time we reached home, its almost 9pm and still have to check email and all... I totally concussed by bout midnight, i think, and woke up at 7am today to go school.
I didn't know that Club Juex is an actual board gaming club in school~! Think i'll join them in their sessions soon ba~ Other than that, registration was BORING in the morning and SUPER BUSY in the afternoon. Lucky got other frens to help, if not i'm so dead... Haha!! Tml still got 1 more day of registration, waiting for like 6 more ppl to turn up.
Now? I'm at Nik's fren's house... Played a little Wii and now they are monster hunting together... While i'm blogging... Soon we will have supper then go back liao... Till then, i can only wait super patiently for them to finish... Haha!

Me and nik decided to eat supper at cck, so we walked from yewtee to cck interchange... I wore slippers, the billabong one that i bought for 22.90... but it gave me 2 huge blisters on my left foot LAH... So sianz man... Slippers are meant to be the most comfy footwear after barefoot.... BUT NO.... Its not... I feel horrible wearing that slippers...
Okay lah~ it wasn't that bad... But its really painful... Think i'll jus revert to shoes for now...

Well, thats pretty much wat i have been doing for the whole of today... Work and work only... Now see things also a little blur blur already~!
As for nik, he started preparing his portfolio for interviews already. And without knowing, he applied for a position for a software company in MONTREAL~! Hahaa! He found out after the company replied and asked him to submit his portfolio to them~! Hahahaa!! Until now, nik still insists that he saw the description stating "Singapore" somewhere and that the language they use are so "Singaporean"~! Hahahaa!! Anyway, if the company really pay him good money to work in Canada, should he go?

Seriously, i dunno wat to name this entry... but its going to be another boring entry about my activities today (monday), it seems like i always blog one "day" later and i'm jus too lazy to backdate~!
Today started out with buying breakfast for my dearest and his mom. After eating together, we slacked a little before preparing to go school. In the end, the trip to school for "work" was kinda wasted. For the commitee, i was supposed to settle 1 claim and collect 3 stuffs. but i was onli ablt to collect some receipts from our president. So i was kinda irritated with the outcome.
But all was not lost. While waiting between tasks, nik and i played table tennis! We started out keeping score, table tennis style... Nik won, 7-3 matches... Then we jus fooled around, playing for fun and we ended playing by the table tennis scoring system. And nik won again... 3-2... So sad... But he played really well~ He can curve the ball and all~ Difficult to keep up if he really played seriously~! Hahaha!! Time to play badminton or tennis, at least i dun haf to lose so badly~! Hee!
After tennis and settling school stuffs, we went to canteen A to snack a little before going to my hall to pick up stuffs... We saw Sarah there, having lunch after a swim in school~! She couldn't recognise me until i was right in front of her. She said she saw me and nik coming in, (a couple wearing couple tees...) but she didn't realise its me~ Haha! Food was cheap and good there.
After collecting my stuffs from hall, we went to watch Narnia... Not bad~! But very long~ Almost 2.5 hours... And we caught the last train both at boonlay mrt and jurong east mrt... PHEW... Saved $15 by walking quickly~! Haha!!
Anyway, supper was left over curry chicken, which still taste good btw~! I think i'll gain so much weight during this holiday lor~! Hahahaa!! Okay, better get some slp coz i need to finish up the website tml... Oh yea, i spent all the money that i have earned so far... I'm so dead. Better change my horrible spending habits soon~!

Its no joke! My saturday yesterday was spent playing 4 hours of soccer, in the rain... We were supposed to reach braddell westlake sec at 10am, but becoz of heavy rain, we were delayed.. By the time we reached, its already about 11am. It was still drizzling, but we decided to play anyway. We played 5 vs 5 on a basketball court, and the floor was really slippery... Luckily i didn't fall, if not the scar would be super ugly le~ Anyway, we only took a short break due to a sudden downpour, but we soon continued with soccer again despite the rain... By the time we stopped playing its already 3 plus!! OMG... 4 hours!! No wonder i'm aching ALL OVER now...
After soccer, me and nik went ikea @ queensway to snack a little, meatballs and chicken wings!! And followed by shopping at queensway shopping centre~! I bought a barcelona jersey, billabong slippers and addidas street shoes. Nik bought slippers too! Jus within 2 hours, i spent 150 bucks in total~! Haha! But i tink its nice~!
I had so much trouble finding shoe for myself... why? SMALL FEET lor~ apparantly, my shoe size is UK 3. So i ended up buying junior sizes... BUT!!!!!!!!! There is also a huge advantage to that... ITS CHEAPER!! Haha! Adult Size = $143, Children Size = $93~! Hahaa!! So pros and cons lor...
After shopping, we went to my aunty place to eat dinner. supposed to eat home cooked food, but my aunty decided to go out to eat instead... We went to serangoon gardens for dinner... The Zhi Char there, so so only ba~ Out of 4 dishes, only 1 is really good.... Hiaz.. The person attending to us is also super blur~!
We went back to my aunty's place for a short mahjong session which ended at 2am! Me and nik lost 8 bucks together~ Haha! But it was quite fun lah~ Haha! We were supposed to go straight home after that, but andy's (sis's bf) bike had some problem. So my aunty had to follow behind their bike at 30km/h~! OMG... From bukit batok to yishun at that speed... Can die lor~ By the time we reached home, its like 4am already lor~!
Thats y i slept in till like 2pm today~! Hahahaa!! Well, thats all for yesterday~! I'm going to go eat CURRY CHICKEN cooked by nik's mom now~!

I jus grabbed these vids off dancefuzion site. The Creative Class featuring Carol Cheong, our very own dance fuzion instructor. We are super thankful to have her as our instructor and i have learnt alot from her. I'm definately not going to give up dance anytime soon~ Lets all work hard together for the upcoming performances!

Dance was great today! We managed to practice the steps and i think everyone got the steps right~! Including me~! Haha!
After dance, i went to meet nik to help print my friend's namecard. Its $60bucks for 3 boxes... good quality, laminated and rounded corners... Very cheap~! Hahaa! We found the shop at a corner in peace centre. We were supposed to print at another shop... $23 per box... But suddenly, the shop owner like entered his dream world, moved around the shop slowly, opened up the namecard pic, den suddenly told us he can't print that name card... Quite wierd... Anyway, we are happy with the one we decided on finally...
After that, we went to QQ noodle house at bugis street for dinner and went shopping thereafter... Was supposed to be searching for my cargo pants and shoes, but we ended up buying watches instead~ Haha!

My fried rice was a SUCCESS! I cooked yesterday and Nik ate 2 bowls~! This fried rice is not the usual one u find at the Zhi Char~ But its the soya sauce fried rice with taiwan sausage and egg! Haha~ So happy lor~ But i burnt my wrist... Now got this dark brown patch... So ugly~! Hope it goes off soon~! Anyway, seeing nik eating the food i cooked.. What can i say~ Happy lor!
The rest of yesterday was spent playing games and doing website! And i jus recieved news today that my "client" also my friend was very happy with the layout and design... So I'm going to start working on the rest of the site now...
Oh, i jus came back from Bike Prac~ And i FINALLY PASSED!!!!! 10 demerit points~ NO immediate failure~! Haha! The next thing i need to really complete is the Riding Theory Test at the end of june~ Once that is done, i can apply for my PDL and go onto the "real road" le~ For now, nothing much i can do for my bike pracs...
Oh ya, one more thing... My results are out already... It wasn't as bad as i tote it would be... but i'm very disappointed with the tennis module... I only scored a B-... That really sucked as my GPA is kinda pulled down by that grade... And its my FIRST B minus lor~ Arrgh~ Well, wat can i say, i suck at tennis... Other den that, it wasn't all that bad...
Alright, Back to Work!! Aiming to finish the website by 6th june~!

Finally~! Fun~!
We watch Indiana Jones 4 on sunday, followed by dinner... Nothing much, but its the start of a real holiday~!
Yesterday (monday), we went bowling at bout 3pm, played 3 games each~! Nik improved alot even thou he was not using the actual bowling technique~ As for me? I could have done better! Haha! Imagine, for 10 frames, i bowled 9 pins each, and spared only once... Therefore my score is 99 for the last game. We saw ashton too~! my cousin. he was also there to practice for his nationals tournament...
After bowling, we went Lot 1 to eat pepper rice and play in the arcade. we spent almost 20 plus together... playing initial D, guitar freaks and some primal hunting game~! Nik suck at the hunting game! Haha!
After all that, we went to pasar malam to buy the frame for his jigsaw puzzle. The size was a bit off... but nik say, jus buy first lor~ If wrong can buy another jigsaw for that... I dun wan to do pasar malam jigsaw! Not nice de~ Feeling quite sucks... Haha!
Finally went back to rest~ Watched a bit of Lao Po Da Ren den slp liao~! The show is quite funny and it has all the problems that a couple would face during a marriage... I'm wondering if me and nik will face those problems in the future? After all, this is still our honeymoon period...

I asked nik if he wanna join me and my friends for wakeboarding... he said he wanna go wif me onli... 2 of us onli... but 2 ppl go wakeboarding can be quite sianz de! coz when i'm in the water, he is on the boat... and when he is in the water, i'm on the boat... not fun at all~!
anyway, next weekend i'm going wakeboarding with charles, wanzhen and a friend~ if u wanna join us, jus drop me a msg ba~!
Today, i woke up earlier to cook pasta for nik~! I tink it tasted quite nice~! maybe a little salty, becoz i couldn't find sugar~! But it is still tasty. I finished mine very quickly~ But nik? He took so long to finish eating. So sad. He looked like he was tortured to finish the food~! Think i'm not going to cook ever again~! :(
Wasted my sister's bf dun eat sausage, if not i'll ask them to come over to pick up the pasta from me. At least i know my sis will enjoy the food i cooked~! Its nice lor! Arrgh~!
